Silver Lining Social is a digital marketing agency based in Worcestershire, UK. We provide social media management, website design and development, and one-to-one coaching for founders in wellness, creative and lifestyle industries.

2. Using our website

By accessing and using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use this website.

The content on this website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

3. Our services

Silver Lining Social offers the following services:

  • Social media management

  • Squarespace website design and development

  • Alignment Power Hours — one-to-one strategy sessions

  • Additional services as outlined in individual client proposals

Full details of each service are available on our website. All services are subject to a separate client agreement which will be provided before any work begins.

4. Payment terms

Social media management Social media management packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Website design and development A 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot. The remaining balance is due prior to the website going live. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

Alignment Power Hours Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to pause or suspend work if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

5. Cancellation and notice periods

Social media management A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel a social media management package. Notice must be provided in writing via email to info@silverliningsocial.co.uk. You will be invoiced for any work completed during the notice period.

Website projects If you wish to cancel a website project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond the deposit value, you will be invoiced for the work completed to that point.

Alignment Power Hours If you need to reschedule a session please give at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule at our discretion.

 

6. Client responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content, assets and information in a timely manner

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval within agreed timeframes

  • Ensure all content provided is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights

  • Maintain ownership and responsibility for their social media accounts and website

Silver Lining Social cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a client's failure to provide required materials or approvals.

 

7. Intellectual property

All content created by Silver Lining Social on behalf of a client — including but not limited to graphics, copy, and website design — becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

All content on the Silver Lining Social website, including text, images and branding, remains the intellectual property of Silver Lining Social and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of working together. This obligation continues after the working relationship ends.

 

9. Limitation of liability

Silver Lining Social will always endeavour to deliver services to the highest standard. However we cannot guarantee specific results from social media management, website development or strategy sessions, as outcomes depend on a range of factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Lining Social's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

 

10.Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
